The greatest hits of all time - by the winner of the German Rock & Pop Award! A TRIBUTE SHOW TO ABBA – Winner of the German “Rock & Pop Award” We will celebrate ABBA’s comeback in style with a spectacular concert show featuring top-class musicians and singers. All songs are arranged in their original sound, and with the crystal-clear voices of Linda and Simone, we come incredibly close to the Swedish pop giants. The stage is transformed into ABBA’s iconic 1970s design. Neon effects and Benny’s illuminated show piano set the scene perfectly, while the stage outfits and choreography complete the experience. All the great hits will be performed – from “Waterloo” to “Mamma Mia”, including The Winner Takes It All, Dancing Queen, Thank You for the Music, Mamma Mia, Money, Money, Money, Honey, Honey, Super Trouper, Knowing Me, Knowing You, Fernando, Voulez-Vous, I Have a Dream, Chiquitita, Waterloo, Voulez-Vous, and many more.
“One Night in Sweden” will be an unforgettable concert experience for all ABBA fans! Linda Mikulec (Agnetha) and Simone Kerchner (Anni-Frid) create the perfect ABBA feeling. Linda has already worked with pop and Schlager stars such as Helene Fischer, Unheilig, The Kelly Family, Vicky Leandros, Paul Potts, and Robin Gibb, and toured musically on the TV show ZDF Traumschiff. Simone Kerchner (Anni-Frid) appeared in 2002 in the title role of Evita in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s world-famous musical at the Hesse State Garden Show. Outstanding reviews from the professional press, the Evita CD, and the only German-language recording of “You Must Love Me”—a song composed by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber for Madonna—made her widely known. Her CD reached number one in the German musical charts. In 2003, she performed as a soloist with the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt and Chris de Burgh. In the musical Kiss of the Spider Woman, Simone Kerchner played Marta; she sang the role of Sister Robert Anne in Dan Goggin’s Nuncrackers. She brilliantly portrayed Yvette in Moulin Rouge. The role of the mother in Bonifatius was tailor-made for her, and in the musical Chess she sang and played Svetlana. On tour with Princess Lillifee and the Magic of the Rose, the artist appeared in a double role. Alongside Hubert Kah, she enchanting portrayed the Sea Queen and the unicorn Rosalie. Florian Brettschneider, a multiple winner of national and international competitions as a guitarist, takes on the role of Björn. DD Döhrn embodies Benny on the piano, and the band is completed by the well-known “all-round drummer” Thomas Bleser and Andreas Düro (bass).
