Simply Tina

Advance Notice! New Production Featuring Bonita Niessen - Bookable from 2025!

Tina Turner, born Anna Mae Bullock on November 26, 1939, in Nutbush, Tennessee, was a true legend in music history and one of the brightest icons of our time. Her unparalleled career began in the 1950s when she rocked the stages as the frontwoman of the explosive Ike & Tina Turner Revue alongside her then-husband Ike Turner. With unforgettable hits like “River Deep – Mountain High” and “Proud Mary,” she took the world by storm and became a global sensation.

After her separation from Ike Turner in 1976, Tina bravely embarked on a solo career that made history. Her incredible voice, combined with her energetic stage presence, earned her countless awards, including multiple Grammy Awards.

“Simply-Tina” is a musical tribute to one of the greatest artists of our time. This tribute show celebrates the best of over fifty years of Tina Turner – from her early days with classics like “River Deep Mountain High” and “Proud Mary” to her unforgettable solo hits such as “What’s Love Got to Do with It,” “Simply the Best,” and “Private Dancer.”

The exceptional singer Bonita Niessen brings the biggest hits to the stage with impressive stage presence and her sensational voice – authentic, full of passionate energy, and with an electrifying live performance. Together with six top-notch musicians and two background singers, she takes the audience on a musical journey through five decades of Tina Turner!
